Nick Ierulli has lived in Florida since 1965. Raised on Longboat Key, Florida, he has experienced the beach life style and tourism associated with the gulf coast. After 19 years in the insurance claims industry, as an owner of N&C Claims Service, Inc. and Equity Claims, Inc., Nick Ierulli has expanded his business interests to include the management of vacation homes throughout the United States. His selections of rental properties have been thoroughly inspected to ensure the amenities that vacationers would want to make their experience more enjoyable are present.

   In addition to the basic rental program offered, Nick Ierulli has interacted his experience in the insurance claims industry to develop additional programs to benefit the property owners in their time of need, should an insurance claim be filed. Throughout the various products and services offered, there is one common denominator that exists between them and that is “Personal Family Service”. Nick Ierulli has surrounded himself with family and close friends throughout his career. He has insisted that all his business ventures project a friendly family environment.
